La Glyptothek est un musée consacré à la sculpture antique, présentant des œuvres grecques, romaines et étrusques. Elle fut conçue par le roi Louis Ier de Bavière pour abriter sa vaste collection de sculptures originales ainsi que des copies romaines d’œuvres grecques. Very nice and feel authentic. Confusing information system, very hard to have a flow or understanding. Better to have QR codes and some type of order.
The museum is admittedly somewhat small but their collection is amazing with statues ranging from Hermes to homer. The archicture is amazing and the atmosphere is great. They have useful boards in both English and German. Great time and on Sunday only €1.
