A woman fainted in the waiting room and this "doctor's" response was to hysterically shout at her. I'm no doctor, but maybe it would have helped if you took her mask off and brought her some water? Spare your time and go somewhere where they actually practice medicine.

Die Erfahrungen, die ich bereits bei Frau Dr. Schwirkmann-Tjon hatte, sind sehr gut, sie ist eine sehr kompetente Ärztin. Allerdings muss ich anderen Bewerter*innen hier zustimmen, die Wartezeit ist wirklich sehr lang und ihre derzeit angestellte Arzthelferin hat in meinem Fall telefonisch keinerlei Hilfeleistung angeboten. Leider nicht mehr wie früher: immer lange Wartezeiten, dann 5 Min. im Behandlungszimmer. Informationen bekommt man nur, wenn man sich vorher im Internet belesen hat und sie konkret danach fragt. Die Antwort ist immer kurz und knapp...ohne große Erklärung...immer in Zeitnot. Bin enttäuscht...das war mal anders! Sie kommt mir extrem emotionslos vor?!!🤷‍♀️

Wir sind seit Jahren bei Frau Dr. Ja, wenn es voll ist, muss man warten. Das nehme ich in Kauf, weil man auch als Notfall spontan Soforttermine bekommt. Frau Dr.Schwirkmann-Tjon ist sehr genau; ggfs. wird vor Antibiotika-Gabe Blut abgenommen. Fr.Porsch als Assistentin ergänzt mit ihrer Erfahrung das Team . Sie kennen Ihre Patienten genau.

I was there with an Überweisung from my doctor to get an allergy test. I waited exactly 2 hours, yes LITERALLY TWO HOURS, in the waiting room and like me other patients, just to be send away with no test done because she wouldn't recommend it in my case. Doctor is calm and eminently capable in treating my ear problem including infection and cleaning. She speaks good English and generally very tolerable and compassionate with patients. There are very few doctors I've come across who are compassionate, gentle, kind and most importantly NOT rude. So, I'd say it was a great experience having treated with this doctor.

Ich bin mit einem Termin als hochschwangere Person, welches ich online gebucht hatte, zum Allergietest in die Praxis gekommen. Ich habe insgesamt !!!2,5 Stunden!!! gewartet, um eine Auswertung meines Allergietests zu bekommen (die Auswertung hat 5 Minuten Zeit in Anspruch genommen). Sie nimmt sich Zeit und ist sehr freundlich; nur geht das mit den Wartezeiten nicht in Ordnung. Wenn ich mir einen Termin über Doctolib buche, dann erwarte ich auch, dass man mich Max. 10-15min später dran nimmt und nicht 45 min später. Als ich dran war hat sie mich ständig unterbrochen um das Gespräch kurz zu halten und hat mich nach 5 min weggeschickt. War eine komplette Zeitverschwendung

I had an appointment in the Praxis and after sitting for half an hour in the waiting room, I eventually was told that I probably have to wait for at least half an hour more. I had to leave without seeing a doctor because I couldn’t afford myself sitting there for so long. Not even saying that traveling to the Praxis also takes time. What’s the point of making an appointment then? Waste of time and bad experience. Not recommended.

I am shocked that they charge two euro for one FFP mask. That’s a few times more than the original value. Is that punishing my carelessness for forgetting the FFP mask? I was wearing a normal medical mask. Being a student two euro is not a small money for me. I understand the rule that I am supposed to observe. However that’s absolutely unpleasant if a praxis is making an unreasonable profit.
