Diese Webseite ist nutzlos: mein Rückflug wurde annulliert (Toroto YYZ), auf einen Tag danach verlegt. Diese Webseite sieht so etwas nicht vor. Man kann das Ankunftsdatum (Frankfurt FRA) nicht ändern.
Nachdem ich bei einer spanischen Fluggesellschaft eine Nacht ungeplant in Madrid verbringen musste wurde mein Antrag auf Entschädigung von der Gesellschaft abgelehnt. Dank Flightright habe ich nach eineinhalb Jahren endlich die Entschädigung bekommen. Natürlich abzüglich der Provision für Flightright aber dafür habe ich damit absolut keine Arbeit gehabt. Ich würde es immer wieder mit Flightright versuchen.
Alles super geklappt, Geld wieder bekommen obwohl ich davor privat einen Anwältin organisiert habe die allerdings nichts gerissen hat.
This is a legit company. They helped me get my compensation from the deadbeat European airline that refused to pay what they owed. I would be happy using their services again in the future.
Hay muchas opiniones negativas, pero a mi me han resuelto el caso. Es verdad que tardan bastante (en mi caso casi 3 años). Pero han logrado que una compañía aérea que rechazó indemnizarme por un retraso de 11h me pague finalmente. Me parece Justo que se queden el 30% de la indemnización. Muy contenta!
Unser Flug wurde annulliert (wir saßen bereits am Gate!). Den Flugpreis haben wir von der Fluggesellschaften erstattet bekommen. Die Entschädigung hat Flightright mit seinen Anwälten erstritten. Wir sind zufrieden. Brauchten uns um nix kümmern. Klar, kostet es dann auch Provision. Ist für uns aber völlig okay. Danke Flightright, immer wieder gern.
Honestly, I didn't expect this to work. Luftansa cancelled my nternational flights within 48 hours and Flightright got me my compensation. It took 1 year but nonetheless! thanks Flightright!
Unser Flug hatte über 3 Stunden Verspätung. Mit Fligtright hatte ich innerhalb 3 Wochen mein Geld. Daten eingeben und Flightright beauftragen, echt easy. Immer gerne wieder.LG

Nachdem wir mit 10 stündiger Verspätung an einem anderen Flughafen gelandet sind statt an dem Zielflughafen, habe ich Flightright eingeschaltet . Ohne großen Aufwand wurde die Situation geschildert und Flightright hat die Sache übernommen. Durchsetzung für die Geschädigten bishin zum Gericht mit Erfolg. Absolut empfehlenswert!!! Con artists and time wasters. Had a complaint raised with them aftery water flight was delayed. For 14 months they never responded to my queries in a timely fashion and when they did finally respond it was a generic message saying they were testing strategies in a EU court. Stay away – they charge you even if they did absolutely nothing! I’m shocked by how Flightright operates. I contacted the airline myself, got the compensation directly – and still Flightright is chasing me for €83 as a “success fee”. Unser Flug vor 1 Jahr ist aufgrund defekter Maschine ausgefallen, fand am nächsten Tag nach Reparatur statt. Whatever is happening in the background is very unorganized, my flight was with Austrian airlines and I recently received an email from British airways saying they're sorry that my flight was cancelled but it wasn't their flight. They sent payment demands to the wrong airline?
