I ordered a big box of bottles for an event and their website promised to deliver in 3-5 days. Eventually, the bottles finally arrived after 12 days and were too late for the event. And the problem was not the local delivery guy, but they assembled our bottles for ca 6 days... I also wrote to their support, but have no answer at all (even after 2 months). So it is very risky and there is no support.
Excelente! Encomendei 2 garrafões e um chegou partido. Informei a Flaschenland GmbH da situação e enviaram-me outro garrafão. Obrigado, Luís
Dramatycznie zapakowany produkt, nie zgodny ze zdjęciami produktowymi na stronie internetowej oraz z wadami fabrycznymi. Prośby oraz zapytania aby ponowny produkt był zgodny ze zdjęciami zostały zlane w kontakcie z obsługa i wysłano nam towar z defektami fabrycznymi. Czegoś takiego się nie spodziewałem i szczerze odradzam naszym rodakom kupowania tam produktów.
Las botellas son tal cual se especifica en la web y el estado de las mismas en la entrega es perfecto. Pero existe bastante demora en recibirse el pedido. En resumen, el plazo estimado que se da en la web no es para nada cierto.

I ordered 60 glass-bottles for my workplace and was really impressed by the speed of the delivery. Unfortunately three of the bottles were damaged, so I gave them a call and they immediately refunded us another three bottles. This time they did take rather longer to arrive, though. The custormer service was really friendly and I will definitely order again.
100% fiable, hice el pedido desde España (150 uds) y llegó en un par de semanas tal y como prometía, muy bien empaquetado y ninguno roto, más barato que en temu incluso.
Todo perfecto y rápido, llegaron dos botellas rotas y me las enviaron sin problemas. 100% recomendable.
Ich habe schon oft bei Flaschenland bestellt und war immer sehr zufrieden.Preis Leistungsverhältnis stimmt, Ware kommt gut verpackt an und die Lieferung geht sehr zügig. Diese Firma kann ich guten Gewissens empfehlen.
