La mayoría de veces tenemos un problema en el tiempo de entrega. O tarda varios días a salir de su almacen o cuando sale rápido, a veces porque ya llamo yo para avisar, cuando pasa de DHL a SEUR, tarda varios días. Si entrega el palet DHL todavia es peor, porque esperan tener varios palets para la zona y puede estar una semana esperando en Tarragona. Es una pena que falle la logistica

I ordered a big box of bottles for an event and their website promised to deliver in 3-5 days. Eventually, the bottles finally arrived after 12 days and were too late for the event. And the problem was not the local delivery guy, but they assembled our bottles for ca 6 days... I also wrote to their support, but have no answer at all (even after 2 months). So it is very risky and there is no support.
