GREAT PLACE, GREAT STAFF. AMAZING FOOD Missed my flight this morning so was a bit stressed and hungry. Came here bags and all and was welcomed and had the most delicious bowl i chose myself with the lovely young woman making me a choose my own bowl which she was very patient with my Libran indecision at play and my Kiwi Accented English. Been chillin here an hour eating my bowl.
Got severe food poisoning from this place.
We had a spicy chicken poke and a salmon poke on Saturday evening, June 14th, and both bowls made us horribly sick. It took us 3 full days to recover. Maybe the ingredients aren’t fresh anymore since they are closed Sundays, but this was beyond unacceptable. Never coming back.

we’re truly sorry to hear that you felt unwell – we take such feedback very seriously and hope you’re feeling much better by now.
Please know that we prepare our ingredients fresh every single day, including our salmon, which is delivered and cut fresh daily. On the evening of June 14th, we served many other bowls – including salmon and spicy chicken – without any similar reports, and our own team also ate them that day without issues.
That said, raw ingredients like fish or certain sauces can sometimes affect individuals differently, especially if someone is more sensitive to them. Food safety is our top priority, and we’re constantly working to maintain the highest hygiene standards in our kitchen.

The portions are huge, the staff is really friendly and they speak great english, genuinely one of the best poké bowls i’ve ever had!
I totally agree with the last comment (from titanicbetty ). It is very healthy, the employees are nice etc, but since they lowered the portions keeping the same prices, I'm still hungry after a fishbowl, I am now a desesperate cat :(

Es tut uns leid zu hören, dass dir die Portion bei deinem letzten Besuch zu klein vorkam. Wir können absolut verstehen, dass das enttäuschend ist – besonders, wenn man sich auf eine sättigende Mahlzeit freut.
Tatsächlich haben wir an unseren Portionsgrößen nichts verändert. Trotzdem kann es natürlich mal passieren, dass beim Zubereiten ein Fehler unterläuft – besonders wenn neue Teammitglieder gerade in der Einarbeitung sind. In solchen Fällen entspricht die Portion dann leider nicht ganz dem, was wir eigentlich standardmäßig servieren möchten. Dafür möchten wir uns bei dir entschuldigen.
Bitte sprich uns beim nächsten Mal gern direkt an – wir schauen dann sofort, ob alles passt und sorgen dafür, dass du mit einem guten Gefühl und vor allem satt nach Hause gehst. Dein Feedback hilft uns sehr, noch aufmerksamer zu sein und unsere Abläufe weiter zu verbessern.

It was once my regular place to dine until recently, the portion has reduced significantly, and the rice was not cooked fully. I am a bit disappointed to this development.

Wir möchten dir versichern, dass wir an unseren Rezepturen und Portionsgrößen nichts bewusst verändert haben. Sollte dir die Portion kleiner vorgekommen sein oder der Reis nicht wie gewohnt gegart gewesen sein, dann tut uns das sehr leid – das entspricht natürlich nicht unserem Anspruch. Besonders bei neuen Mitarbeitenden kann es leider vereinzelt vorkommen, dass etwas nicht ganz perfekt läuft, aber wir arbeiten stetig daran, solche Fehler zu vermeiden.
Gib uns bitte beim nächsten Mal direkt Bescheid, wenn dir etwas auffällt – dann können wir sofort reagieren und dir das Erlebnis bieten, das du von uns gewohnt bist.

Hatte die große Peanut Tuna Bowl auf Reis und als Topping Kimchi und Algen (15,90€) Sehr viele verschiedene Geschmäcker von eigelegtem Ingwer über die salzigen Aögen zum Thunfisch, sehr intensiv aber unglaublich lecker.
Die Portion ist perfekt.
Komme gern wieder.

Essen war sehr lecker. Große Auswahl an frischen Zutaten. Es ist möglich seine eigene Bowl zu erstellen oder eine vorgefertigte Variante zu bestellen.
Entspanntes Ambiente und sättigende Portionsgröße.

Highly recommended place. You can build up your poke bowl or get some pre chosen by them. The ingredients are fresh, and the options are wide and good. They have two sizes for the bowls as well. Staff was very nice, and the place has a good amount of tables.
