They only talk to you when they need you, and they barely reply to your emails when you need them. 5 stars for the renting process—very quick. 1 star for the moving out process. I tried reminding them by email that I still haven't received the deposit after 6 months of moving out, but there was no reply. It seems I must take legal action to get back my deposit.
Scam, agents will intentionally withhold information and misinform to make sale more attractive. Afterwards they will go silent. Do not recommend paying commission until after handover and additional checks by specialist and lawyers.
A very positive experience. All people I interacted with were friendly and professional. This stayed the same even when I let them know that I had opted for an alternative project.
I've had a really good experience with FirstCitiz Berlin: Sam and all the team are really proactive, they sold my property in less than a month, from the time we first met. I live abroad and for me it was really useful, time and cost saving to have a team in Berlin that followed all the procedures. I could easily reach them per mail and per telephone every time I had a question. I would really reccomend them!
