I dont recommende Fintiba, they dont do the payout on time when you contact them, it take long to get a n answer!!! I am super worry cause I needed the monye to pay my livings and they dnt reply

i am very sorry for this comment but I am very disappointed by the service i get. i had a refund from fintiba blocked account to my account due to a bic change from my bank they as for legitimation and i did all the necessary details but fintiba ask me again to feel the reversal form again which i did three times. which means the process is back to the first step. and the customer service almost all are rude and did not want to help. everyone

They couldn’t even write the date right and I couldn’t send my money to my account. Due to the false blocking confirmation date I could not get a visa but that was not my problem.
