I'm having very bad situation with this company now trying to active my account and getting my first payout.
After doing the activation online no money came for almost one month then they said activation failed and I have to do again and after doing that again it is now 3 weeks and I didn't get any payout and even recently not replying the complain form!
That is my current situation and I will edit when it change!!!!

Very bad experience.
It was never informed clearly while opening the account about how to activate the account, apparently one needs to go to a german post office for identity verification which is totally fine. But this step was never mentioned. I planned to go out of Germany for few weeks and that time when I tried to activate the account , then I found out about this. If I had known this earlier, would have activated the account and then left.…

On 21st April 2023 i opened my Blocked, they told me Re-upload my passport since quality was not sufficient.
Today is 1st May 2023 still I haven’t received any feedback from them. I also tried to contact them using their customer care form haven’t received any update yet so far.

Impossible to have communication with the bank, the emails don't work, the phones don't work, the page doesn't work. I've been solving a change in the amount of the blocked account for a whole week. Nobody gives a solution is the only thing missing for the embassy.
