I've been there a couple of times it was great each time. The decor is based on an old apothecary, down to vintage medicine bottles in glass cabinets and medicine daers behind the bar. Now, don't think cheap remakes - theirs seems authentic. The drinks are extremely well made and the price is fair for what you get. Great except for the cigarettes. People seemed to be overcome by the opportunity to smoke inside so the were putting out one cigarette and then lighting the next. So while the sevice was good and the cocktails well made and the right side of creative but not gimmicky I wouldn't look to go back as I can find similar without sticking like cigarettes after.

Great menu, knowledgeable bartender, fair prices, good ambiance, excellent service. The one drawback, as is often the case with Berlin, is that it's a smoking establishment.
