Really shit appartement developer. They were nice to you before you signed the contract and after that...disappear. the appartment is nice but expensive. The cube life team has no honesty and transparency whatsoever. I moved in 4 months ago from another city, i couldn't do Besichtigung and when I came the main entrance is on maintanance (closed and you can't get to your postbox), they played as postman which means your packages and letters either will be gone or come late to you. And no one mentions it before signing the contract. Now new problem emerge...no warmwater for almost a week. And there is no initiative of giving solution, only PR made nonsense emails! I wouldn't recommend this hell for everyone!
