My client n. End by 9171. I was paid the service fee more than a month ago, but the debt department sent an email over and over for unpaid bills. I was sent a few emails to the address provided in the letter. But no One replied. After that, I must call them to confirm they do receive the payment. The worse thing is that KPMG received the payment, but no one told the debt department, and the debt department did not even ask the finance department if they did receive the money or not, before acting like the mafia, Just send the email every week asking to pay as a scam company.

This company is extremely unprofessional. I was promised services during a personal meeting with Mr. Liebig nearly two years ago. He issued an invoice for the agreed work, which I paid immediately in July 2023. However, the promised services were never delivered. Since then, I have received repeated letters and fines from the Finanzamt regarding missing tax declarations. Emails go unanswered, and every time I call, I’m told something different—with repeated promises of a call back that never happens. To this day, I have not received the service I paid for, and I’m left with multiple unresolved issues with the tax office. Truly a terrible and frustrating experience. UPDATE: The company only started interacting and delivering service AFTER I posted this review. They never apologized and instead accused me of misinformation. They even tried to remove this review through Google’s legal process - a move based on false claims to avoid responsibility. I have all the proof. The review was rightly reinstated. I honestly didn’t know it was so easy for a company to try to silence a negative review… UPDATE 2: Following the unsuccessful attempt to have this review removed, the director of the company personally took over and finalized my case. He acknowledged that there had been internal issues and delays, and the outstanding fines were ultimately waived. I appreciated the resolution and wish I had received this level of service from the outset. I sincerely hope the company reflects on this experience and uses it as an opportunity to improve its client communication and service processes going forward. I put 1 star more.

A terrible company with no self responsibility! Apparently, our tax adviser left the Confidia two years ago without telling us about it, confidia didn’t tell us either so we continued sending her our emails and docs (as her email address was never deactivated), and for a time also receiving invoices we paid, so we didn’t spot on that something is wrong. In the end last year they sent us a letter telling us about this in regards to a document they received from the finance Amt. The document arrived to us already ONE week after our final date to appeal! Confidia’s lawyer promised to take care of it and update us. But for months an update didn’t arrive. When I finally followed up and asked for a meeting several times to sort this out, they discontinued our contract(!!) instead of resolving the issue! We still don’t know what did we pay for after Pamela’s departure! It’s just disgrace, not a service! If you search for a proactive accounting partner that will have your back, stay away!

Herr Hänc Hat vertrauliche Steuerinformationen an dritte weitergegeben...sowas geht gar nicht ...ich rede nicht von Finanzamt und so ..sondern an unbeteiligte Personen .. Haben sie den Paragraphen vergessen..... § 5 Berufsordnung der Steuerberater – Verschwiegenheit (1) Die Pflicht zur Verschwiegenheit erstreckt sich auf alles, was Steuerberatern in Ausübung ihres Berufs oder bei Gelegenheit der Berufstätigkeit anvertraut worden oder bekannt geworden ist, und gilt gegenüber jedem Dritten, auch gegenüber Behörden und Gerichten.12.08.2020
