GoogleLa mia esperienza risale al 25.03.23. Innanzitutto dovete togliere il mio nome completo dalla recensione di una mia amica, poiché violazione della privacy. Già questa può essere considerata poca professionalità nei confronti dei vostri clienti. Secondo, io avevo espressamente chiesto al vostro personale di prenotare un tavolo e mi è stato detto di prenotare sul sito poiché non si accettavano prenotazioni nel locale stesso di persona. Avendo quindi prenotato sul sito web, non ho avuto la possibilità di chiedere per la torta da portare separatamente e quando lo abbiamo detto in serata, non siamo stati avvertiti subito del sovrapprezzo che avremmo dovuto pagare alla fine, cosa che un personale serio e professionale avrebbe già dovuto comunicare in anticipo. Quando abbiamo prenotato un piatto che doveva arrivare senza glutine, per un ovvio problema di intolleranza, è stato portato normalmente e i camerieri nemmeno sapevano se fosse o meno senza glutine. Quando è stata richiesta una modifica di un ingrediente, è stato proposto direttamente un diverso piatto da portare. Non abbiamo lasciato mance perché non è un obbligo, e se il servizio non ci ha lasciati soddisfatti, perché avremmo dovuto lasciare una mancia?
