Avoid LTT Group – Poor Quality Products and Appalling Customer Service I feel compelled to warn others after a deeply disappointing experience with LTT Group. I purchased a set of external lights advertised as IP44-rated, suitable for outdoor use. Within a matter of weeks, the majority failed, with water visibly accumulating inside the sealed units. Clearly not fit for purpose. I raised this with Vincent Schneider, who oversaw the process from that point. Despite providing clear photographic evidence, I was made to jump through hoops, sending images, then returning the defective lights, only to be met with radio silence for over 8 weeks. Eventually, I received a curt email saying the manufacturer deemed the lights “not repairable” and asking whether I wanted them returned or thrown away. When I enquired about a refund, having spent €600 I was told the failure was due to “incorrect installation” and no warranty would be honoured. This is not just frustrating, it’s insulting. These are sealed garden lights, supposedly weather-resistant, installed professionally. To dismiss a large-scale product failure as “self-inflicted” without explanation or evidence shows a total lack of accountability and basic customer care. LTT Group’s handling of this matter was unprofessional, slow, and evasive. There was no transparency, no willingness to engage, and absolutely no gesture of goodwill. If you expect products that work and a company that stands behind them, shop elsewhere. This has been a costly and entirely avoidable lesson in what happens when aftersales support is treated as an inconvenience rather than a duty.
