We want to share our highly negative experience with the company ESKA-Welt GmbH, which we deem unacceptable within a professional business environment. From October to November of last year, ESKA-Welt GmbH failed to pay invoices amounting to approximately €62,000, despite multiple reminders, urgent requests, and numerous attempts at communication on our part. The company's approach was markedly unprofessional, misleading, and demonstrated a serious lack of responsibility. Their failure to respond to emails, deliberate avoidance of telephone communication, and complete disregard for contractual obligations clearly indicate that ESKA-Welt GmbH cannot be considered a reliable business partner. In business, core values such as fairness, accountability, and adherence to agreements must be upheld — values which, regrettably, this company has shown little respect for. We therefore feel it is our duty to issue a strong warning to other companies and entrepreneurs to exercise extreme caution when considering any cooperation with ESKA-Welt GmbH. There are many more companies that haven't been paid... and they are obviously tailoring the references to their own image.

Einmal und nie wieder. Nachdem die Eingangsberatung super war, fühlten wir uns gut betreut. Der Ärger folgte auf dem Fuß.Für Nachfragen war der/die Sachbearbeiter/in nicht erreichbar. Rückrufe erfolgten nicht. Geändertes Angebot nach 4 Wochen geschickt. Aufmass der Duschkabine am 30.11. . Anschließend wurde der Einbautermin 2x verschoben, ohne Absage von Händlerseite. Jedesmal mussten wir nachfragen. Jetzt, am 19.1. erfolgte dann im dritten Anlauf der Einbau. Vielen Dank dafür!
