Die Praxis hat viel mehr als 5 Sterne verdient. Wir waren gestern dort mit unserer kleinen Hamsterdame. Ihr ging es überhaupt nicht gut. Und die Praxis hat alles versucht ihr zu helfen. Das es ihr wieder besser geht. Sie hat die Nacht gut überstanden und es geht vielleicht auch wieder bergauf. Wir fühlten uns sehr wohl in der Praxis. Ich hoffe das wir nicht mehr hin müssen. Aber sobald es der kleinen wieder schlechter geht, würden wir sofort wieder dort hinfahren. Vielen vielen Dank nochmals.👍👍👍👍👍👍

This is The Worse place on this Earth to bring any animal to. Two years ago, I brought my dear Kitty with a broken elbow and they wanted me to agree to have them amputate her leg. I said "No Way". Then the lady doctor asked "But what if she has Cancer?" ... I still said No and I told them I wanted to leave with my cat and get a second opinion. They still wanted to amputate her leg. They still insisted that they wanted her leg. This doctor also said that she had never seen a leg quite like Kitty's. She insisted on taking her leg no matter what I said. She proceeded to say to me, "No leg, no more problem. She can still walk with three legs. Many cats live this way." But not my Kitty. I would never let this happen. I never trusted this TierKlinik. They kept her in a room for almost one hour and a half, claiming to do X Rays, while I waited outside of the door the entire time. I have no real idea what they did but it was the worse experience ever. Kitty wouldn't stop meowing loudly. She was meowing so incessantly. This lady doctor was totally heartless. No empathy whatsoever. When I returned home, I did some research and found out that this doctor takes animal parts from this Tierklinik and from other places and gets kickbacks from the university so the Veterinary students at the uni will study and learn from these animal parts. I have to give one star minimum or else I am not allowed to write a review. But this horrible place (not the doctors nor the owner) does not even merit a half star. They are only in it for the money and from the university kickbacks for the animal body parts. Please, if you love your pet, never bring them to this heartless place. Never ever. By the way, I took Kitty back to our Tierarzt and she was excellent to us. She bandaged her leg and within one month, Kitty's elbow and leg were completely healed. She is alive and well at 18 years of age. Am I glad that I followed my instincts and did not let this TierKlinik have its way with her.
