Extremely disappointed about Humboldt Institute! Our children aged 12 and 10 attended the German Intensive Course last July at Humboldt Institute, Bad Schussenried campus. Never any time before, during and after the course were we given a chance to discuss any special requirements of our children. This would have been essential for our daughter, who is having puberty related difficulties. Only when we saw her final school report we noticed, that she had missed a stunning 54 of the altogether 135 course lessons. Never during the course have we been informed that she was missing so many classes, claiming „headaches“. When we after the course complained towards the top management, they shrugged it off with a letter by a subordinated employee. They could not have bothered less, as we had already paid approx Euro 14,000 for the two children.
