GoogleIch wurde im Februar zum dritten Mal am Sprunggelenk operiert, das heißt, ich habe im Laufe der Zeit schon einige Physiopraxen erlebt, sowohl große als auch kleinere. Aber GZM Physio hebt sich für mich ganz klar ab. Seit Februar bin ich dort in Behandlung und wirklich super zufrieden. Die Therapeuten sind sehr kompetent, nehmen sich Zeit und arbeiten gezielt. Das ganze Team ist freundlich und engagiert, und besonders die netten Herren am Empfang sind immer hilfsbereit, gut organisiert und total kulant. Man fühlt sich hier einfach gut aufgehoben, fachlich wie menschlich. Für mich eine der besten Physiopraxen, die ich bisher erlebt habe. Absolute Empfehlung!

GoogleDO NOT GO THERE! It was the WORST experience I had. I am not a native German speaker so ı could not manage to make the correct appointment obviously. Then they wanted to charge me and at the beginning that said they will charge 80 euros or ı need to change my prescription. I accepted and change my prescription and send them via email. By the way after the treatment I could not walk THREE days 3. I went to my doctor back. She said in my prescription the side treatment was a elektro treatment but they did not even talk about it. Did not inform me. Whatever after ı send my prescription they said nothing but just thank me. Then ı got a bill which charges me 87 euros. I called them and explained it. Then that said of you had to bring the prescription. Why did not inform me via email? They could simply say, please bring your prescription. Then why it was 87? Whatever theyvsaid ok we will cancel it and you will pay 53. Ok. ı took my prescription and went there. They charged me 57. They did not cancel the other invoice since there were no responsible person. Which you may understand. But since I do not trust them I want her to write me this as an email. Because I was not sure if they will really cancel it or they will trick me to get money. She refused to send me a basic email which says when our colleague is here we will cancel your old invoice. After a long discussion she accepted to send the email. They may try to charge me more in any minute. At the end my situation went worse because of their incapable therapist, did not inform me well enough just to get a little bit more money. Is this a health institution or what? DO NOT GO THERE IF YOU ARE AN EXPAT!

GoogleIch habe leider keine gute Erfahrung gemacht und kann die Fußreflexzonenmassage nicht weiterempfehlen. Über die anderen Massagen kann ich nichts sagen.

GooglePrima Ausstattung an Geräten um nach den Warmups dann intensive Übungen zu machen, die sich leicht abgewandelt zu Hause wiederholen lassen. Sauberkeit passt auf alle Fälle auch. Sehr kompetente Therapeuten und eine sehr effizient arbeitende Koordinatorin in der Administration. Bitte weiter so!

GoogleIch kann Eva Kupper wärmstens empfehlen. Sie ist eine sehr freundliche und kompetente Heilpraktikerin. Ich fühle mich bei ihr super aufgehoben. Die Praxis ist schön eingerichtet und mit dem Auto gut zu erreichen. Keine Wartezeiten vor Ort und kurzfristige Termine sind immer möglich.

GoogleHighly unprofessional and suspicious. I was there during my first session and the lady asked me a question and told me “do not lie!”; Most of the conversation was also kinda hilarious and completely unprofessional. I suspect the praxis of conducting illegal/unlawful researches/studying related work for some people without prior consent or agreement. finally, the address of the praxis does not match the one in the picture!! Edit: since the praxis denying the fact that I was a customer and she existed in this address in the picture which is not her praxis true address, I am adding appointment confirmation evidence.
