I requested an appointment in english and in the office to talk directly to a professional doctor and check that the installations were real. They scheduled in a different city so i could have what i requested and accepted. We went there and just one lady wearing an animal print shirt told me she didn't speak English and she could not help me. That someone could help me with a phone call!! Even though the appointment was free of charge we traveled 2.5 hours to go and 2.5 more hours to go back to the house, day of work lost and my 3 girls also missed school.
