Herzlichen Dank an das Team der Skischule!!! Ihr habt mir einen großen Herzenswunsch erfüllt!!! Mit Handicap eine Skischule zu finden, ist eine große Herausforderung. Ihr habt mit sehr viel Kompetenz und Herzlichkeit meine persönliche Situation bewertet. Ich hatte einen perfekten Privatunterricht, kann nun endlich wieder Ski fahren und freue mich sehr auf den nächsten Privatunterricht bei Euch!

I had booked for my kids ski lesson to skischule zugspitze through check yeti website. I was looking for a school that had dutch speaking trainers. So i booked the lesson for my 3 kids. The day of the lesson we bought the skipass, everything prepared went to the meeting point to find out that the trainer did not speak dutch. My kids are 5 and 7 years old so they dont speak english. They told us that the dutch speaking trainer was not available. The kids were all prepared so i did not dare tell them that they wont get the lesson. They did the lesson and of course there was a language barrier. The next day i wrote to the school the ask for a possible partial refund. The answer was not what i would expect. They said that the language was as a best effort but they dont commit and they dont even apologise for not letting me kno in advance and of course they dont even thing of refunding anything, i mean they could even offer some type of voucher for discount next time. Nothing! I would find another school next time and make sure language is not a best effort.
