Ich hatte jetzt meine 4 Sitzung für eine micro needling Behandlung und meine Akne Narben sind fast nicht mehr zu sehen! Ich bin so unglaublich glücklich und würde es einfach jedem empfehlen der unter seiner Haut leidet! Pickel sind weg und ich freu mich auf die nächste Sitzung! Ich fühle mich dort sehr wohl und die Behandlung ist super professionell! Als nächstes bekomme ich Aquarelllips und ich kann es kaum erwarten! Diese Frau ist der Hammer! 1000 Dank für das große Stück lebebsgefühl welches ich dadurch zurück bekommen habe 🤍 :)

Bestes Nagelstudio in Endenich! Die Mädels sind alles sehr nett und man fühlt sich hier sehr wohl. Großes Lob an Ksenia, die immer wieder einen sehr guten Job macht. Meine Nägel sahen noch nie besser aus und ich bin immer außerordentlich zufrieden mit dem Ergebnis!

Die Manikuere im Studio in der Euskirchener Strasse ist als gut zu bezeichnen - wenn man denn ueberhaupt soweit kommt, sich manikueren zu lassen: Mein zehn Tage vorher vereinbarter Termin war im Terminbuch nicht vorhanden, als ich - nach Fahrtzeit 20 Minuten - puenktlich im Studio war. Mir wurde beschieden: “Alle Kunden mit Termin sind schon da”, als sei ich ein Geist statt einer Kundin mit Termin. Dann guckte mich jeder nur an, als ob man hoffte, ich werde von selbst verschwinden. Schliesslich kam ein “Sie haben wahrscheinlich in einem anderen Studio einen Termin gemacht, nicht bei uns”. Ich ueberpruefte daraufhin vor Ort die Nummer, die ich zehn Tage zuvor gewaehlt hatte - und im Studio schellte prompt das Telefon. Natuerlich, Fehler passieren, aber sich nicht einmal zu entschuldigen oder zumindest aktiv einen neuen Termin zu suchen (erst auf mein Draengen hin wurde schliesslich das Buch konsultiert) - das finde ich aergerlich. Ich kann Kundinnen nur empfehlen, sich hier mehrmals telefonisch zu versichern, dass der vereinbarte Termin auch eingetragen wurde. Fazit: in Sachen Service verbesserungswuerdig.

Ich war zur Gesichtsbehandlung dort, es fehlte an nichts. Ich bekam schnell einen Termin, da auch samstags bis in den Abend geöffnet ist: sehr angenehme Atmosphäre, sehr freundlich, kompetent gearbeitet, gute Beratung erhalten, alles perfekt. Ich komme bestimmt wieder. Danke an Katia!

I will not enter this place again. I paid too much, without clarity on that, and got a very bad result. Details follow, photo of the result attached (right after the colour and 1 after a second appointmentto fix that, slightly better but still not ok). 1. Result. The task I asked for was to cover my gray hair (mostly on the front) entirely, preferably with a solution which would not require me to come fix the regrowth every few weeks. A friend suggested me the "inoa" coloration, as it is natural. I asked if that would do for me, giving some "movement" with a lighter colour used together with my natural nuance. The hairdresser nicely helped me select two colours and started colouring. She did one strand with one colour, leave one strand pure, and colour the next with the other colour. I noted that in this way most of my gray hair would not be covered, but I was reassured "they will be few and I will be the only one to notice". To make the story short, despite a second appointment offered for free to fix the many hair that were still very visible in the front, the result was as per photo on the dame day of the fixing. Essentially, few less than before I enter the place, but surrounded by in a mix of colours. Noted even by my boyfriend, which would not note if I had a pineapple as hat. 2. Unclear price. I knew I would pay around 70 euros as per leaflet, as I declined additional treatments. A second young hairdresser asked if I wanted to phon myself or she would do. I asked for the price and she said "80€ with phon". I agreed and let her do. I go to pay (after being offered a second appointment to fix the colour) and the sum they ask me is 205€...! I flag there must be a mistake and I got mix with another client. There was not, they said, the phon was additional 55 plus not clear xyz I didn't ask for. The first hairdresser took over and reduced here and there in the system (could not see what, but I understood sth like the lenght of the hair and additional treatments that were accounted for) to adjust the price, which went down to 125€. I still complained it was not what agreed and very high. I was going to clean a renovated apartment right after and would have never paid that much to do that with a nice hairdo...! I have been told i should not complain , "it was almost the half of the original price I got!". She could have asked me 1300 so I was a tenth! That was the last money they see from me, so I went away but would suggest you not to repeat my mistake. That would pay back already. Enjoy somewhere else :)
