I left disappointed, don’t think I will be back. I asked for natural/classic long (INSPO PIC) and received short high volume (RESULT), I showed her the photo to make sure she understood and she told me she did. I expected to pay 150€ but she told me it was 180€ because of the high thickness I didn’t ask for. I wouldn’t normally complain but I only went to this place because of its wonderful reviews and now I’m not sure this is somewhere I’d go ever.
