Ich gehe für meine Beauty-Behandlungen immer zu California Skin und habe mich dort jedes Mal sehr wohlgefühlt. Mein persönlicher Favorit unter den Ärzten dort ist Dr. Krammer. Er nimmt sich immer viel Zeit, geht auf Ängste und Fragen ein und erklärt alles ruhig und verständnisvoll. Dabei ist er sehr freundlich, empathisch und professionell. Auch das Empfangspersonal ist immer super nett, herzlich und organisiert, sodass man sich von Anfang an willkommen fühlt. Man merkt insgesamt, dass dort viel Wert auf einen freundlichen und professionellen Umgang gelegt wird. Ich kann Dr. Krammer und California Skin zu 100 % weiterempfehlen.

I went in for a brow lift treatment and ended up with droopy eyelids instead. It has been incredibly frustrating, as I can no longer apply eyeliner properly without physically lifting my eyelid. The consultation felt rushed, and I was steered towards the most expensive product without being given the opportunity to make my own decision. When I contacted the clinic about the issue, I was told that "these things can occasionally happen" - sure but only when the person injecting doesn't have enough experience and doesnt know when injecting certain points will result in the opposite effects. What makes this particularly disappointing is that my first experience at the clinic several years ago was very positive. Unfortunately, this visit was the complete opposite. The unsatisfactory result has left me questioning the level of expertise. Overall, a very disappointing experience and not one I would expect from a professional aesthetics clinic.
