GoogleSTAY AWAY! 1. No organisation and horrible customer service : I had completed the payment of my soft top on 7th June (I had made the order on 4th June) and noone has seen it so they had not started the production. They found it out 12 days later when I sent a mail in order to confirm the delivery day. Given this delay due to their negligence, I asked the cancellation of the order. They ignored my request and instead of cancelling it and refunding me , they sent the order to their supplier and are still refusing to acknowlege their fault. Additionaly, the agent over the phone was not cooperative and hung up the call while I was talking and when I was calling back, she was rejecting the call. 2. Inaccurate information: the website information is misleading. The expected production time of is 2-5 working days , while for leather or interior parts the time ranges from 20 to 30 days as per their FAQ. The soft top is neither leather nor interior part, while during the order placement, there was no mention about the production and delivery time. Instead, after placing the order, I received an informal mail mentionning only that the payment is pending. Attached was the invoice and they chose to write over there that the delivery will take 20-30 days. This was not the appropriate way to communicate such important information, but also was different from what is stated in the website.
