This can easily be one of the worst experiences I had in a coffee shop/restaurant before. After ordering food to go, I was invited to wait 20 to 25 minutes for pick up. After nearly an hour, waiting outside(50 minutes to be exact) both the waiter and the said manager claimed that they did not provide me with an exact time frame (mind you the food was still not ready) and I should wait if I am willing to buy from a place like theirs. The said manager was talking in front of me to the waiter about how he shouldn't take orders from people like me in the future and threw the money back at me.
