After a year, we returned to the restaurant with high hopes. Unfortunately, we were hugely disappointed. We did not receive the ordered food (2 hamburgers) even after 1 hour and 40 minutes. The problem could have been avoided if they had drawn our attention to the longer than usual waiting time when ordering, although the "crowdedness" of the restaurant did not justify this extremely long time. After those who arrived after us had already received their ordered food, I inquired with the staff, from whom I received evasive and dismissive answers. After another 10 minutes, I indicated to the staff that we would not wait any longer and would leave. They apologized, and we did not have to pay for the 3 beers we had consumed while waiting. Unfortunately, the discount on the drinks did not compensate for our disappointment.
