I’m Catholic, and for a moment I thought I had entered a protestant church. Bizarre colorful modern art painting above the altar… Oh wait, the altar is the center of the church and everyone just sits around it?? I just can not think that the reverence for the body of our Lord Jesus Christ was thrown out of the window here. Then people ask themselves why the Catholic Church is in such a deep crisis in Germany… Yeah, I wonder why… The core principles, the beauty that unites our soul to the Greater Power, to God Almighty just can’t be seen here. I’m sorry if I sound harsh, but if you are a traditional Catholic and wish to see traditional churches, go to the Hofkirche, the Käppele and to the Dom
