Ich kann das Reisebüro Kopp im MTZ nur vom Herzen empfehlen. Man fühlt sich direkt willkommen und die Beratung war einwandfrei. Alle Wünsche wurden berücksichtigt. Hiermit nochmal vielen Dank an Frau Volk, bei der persönlichen Beratung für unseren Sommerurlaubs – wir kommen bald wieder zur Festbuchung

We booked a holiday in Tenerife from here. The airlines they have chosen for us was horrible. Condor, some kind pf a low coster and we were not told to take good food for baby, they did not serve normal food on board. The hotel was not informed about our requests, we were given a sea view room which was really small, although when we booked with ITS we have chosen a room a bit bigger in terms of Square meters and we remember even paying more for this. We were given a standart room with 2 single beds and with a horrible bed for a baby with no bath in the room. Apart from this we requested an infor on a Japan Tour weeks ago, we checked all inbox and spam box. Still no information. Although this reise buro is located very near to our apartment we are never going to choose them again and do not recommend.
