Das Tokyo Cafe ist ein hübsches kleines Lokal mit authentischer japanischer Küche. Das Personal ist ausgesprochen höflich. Wir waren schon öfter hier und empfehlen es auch unseren Freunden. Jedes Gericht ist ausgesprochen lecker! Reservierung dringend empfohlen.

Preis-Leistung hat heute gar nicht gepasst. Hatten diverse Vorspeisen, die relativ langweilig bis "Gemüse nicht frisch" waren. Der Hauptgang (in Teriyaki Soße gebratener Lachs) war geschmacklich nichtsaussagend. Außerdem hatte man den Eindruck, dass TK-Lachs verwendet wurde. Schade, wir hatten uns mehr erhofft.

Haben heute voller Vorfreude bestellt. Leider war ein Essen mit Reis statt Nudeln, obwohl die Bestellung am Telefon extra nochmal überprüft wurde. TK Edamame waren leider mehling und die Brühe hat mehr nach Sojasoße geschmeckt als nach allem anderen, zudem fehlte das Ei. PS: Der Nachtisch war lecker. Pfannkuchen gehen immer!

Bedauerlich. Sie ließen mich mehr als eine Stunde an meiner Haustür warten. Keine Vorwarnung, und in der Anmeldung stand, dass sie schon vor einer Stunde hätten da sein sollen. Sehr schlecht...

The broth comes separately in a glass bottle. It might be better for them (less spills during transport) but it's worse for the customer because the noodles become compact and don't completely loosen when you pour the fluid. Also, in my experience the temperature of the food ends being significantly colder than with other deliveries which don't separate the broth. This is even more noticeable in winter. The gyoza is unfortunately the stir fried type, not the soft vapor cooked one. The Chicken Karaage comes with a tasty sauce but is often too cooked for my taste (dark brown), and I find the amount to be little. In one occasion the food tasted foul/sour and I had nausea afterwards. Since then and in consideration of the overall not particularly positive experience I've not ordered here anymore. The customer care is also not up to my standards. They made lot of problems for the refund when the food poisoned me, and they even manipulated Google into removing my review as "defamation", which is a blatant and shameless lie. Very uncool.
