Wunderbar!

Unbelievably inhumane approach and the worst experience with medical workers. I can’t believe I’m writing this, but the employee of this clinic (Aileen J.) did not allow me to go to the toilets before the exam, the reason - I was late for 8 minutes. My MRI was supposed to take place at 15.00, I was 8 minutes late and entered the clinic at 15.08. After few minutes talking to receptionist and filling out the basic form, i was met by Aileen J., Medical Technologist for Radiology of this clinic. I greeted her and said that I needed to go to the toilet, but she very rudely, directively and passively aggressively replied, quote: “No! You can’t go to the toilet because you were late and the next patient will be waiting.” She spoke and looked at me as if I had ruined her whole life by being late. I was shocked. Since I needed to get the results of the MRI before my visit to the doctor in June, I agreed to the procedure and I decided not to argue with her. At the same time, both she and I knew that the procedure will be lasting 20 minutes. When the procedure was over, I was told to wait in the waiting room; the needle from the contrast agent injected remained in my arm. They didn’t explain anything to me, but I figured out that this was part of the procedure, so I waited in the waiting room with this needle. But because I couldn’t stand it anymore and wanted to meet my basic need, I decided to go to the toilet with a needle in my arm. I was barely able to go to the toilet with a needle sticking out of my vein, but somehow I did it. When I appeared in the waiting room I saw the doctor Dr. Tobias Sch. At the beginning he was nice and asked a couple of questions about my MRI results. After I said that his colleague was rude to me and did not allow me to go to the toilet before the exam, he bristled and began to argue with me. When I said that it was not humane to treat a patient this way, he began to actively convince me that there was no problem and that I had made it up. His reasons (quotes): 1. we are not here to sing you songs and have fun (about my comment that his colleague was very rude to me) 2. we have rules and we need to do a certain number of exams per day in order to maintain this clinic. 3. You pay little money for this MRI, your insurance pays only 100€. 4. imagine you are on a train or bus and you want to go to the toilet, you just need to keep it (about the fact that I just wanted to go to the toilet). 5. What is your problem? (asked me 3 times). And this is not the end. While we were arguing with the doctor, Aileen J. came out of MRI room and while she was pulling the needle out of my vein, she said again in a mocking tone: “You were late” and then she very roughly covered my hand with a plaster, so roughly that the skin was tightly tightened with the plaster. And when she was walking to the MRI room, she started laughing. When I asked how she could laugh in such a situation, she walked into the room and loudly slammed the door. I have already had more than 7 MRI in my life and I have never had such an ugly attitude towards myself from medical workers. And the last, I have a question for the doctor Dr. Tobias Sch.: How much money would my insurance company have to pay to your clinic so your collegue would let me go to the bathroom and would not treated me worse than a dog? P.S. Aileen J., please see a therapist and work on your passive-aggressive behavior.
