Das Porsche Zentrum Wuppertal überzeugt auf ganzer Linie. Der Service ist hervorragend, alle Mitarbeiter sind ausnahmslos freundlich, kundenorientiert und absolut zuverlässig. Man merkt sofort, dass hier großer Wert auf Qualität, Professionalität und einen respektvollen Umgang mit dem Kunden gelegt wird. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich den exzellenten Bring- und Holservice durch Herrn Raffaele Puccia. Auch hier lief alles reibungslos, pünktlich und sehr angenehm ab. So einen Service erlebt man heute wirklich nicht mehr überall. Man fährt jedes Mal mit einem guten Gefühl und echter Freude zum Porsche Zentrum Wuppertal. Ich habe inzwischen sogar meinen Freundeskreis davon überzeugt. Klare 5 Sterne – besser geht es nicht. Weiter so!

I purchased a 2024 Porsche E-Hybrid with only 18,000 km from Porsche Zentrum Wuppertal because I trusted that an authorized Porsche dealer would thoroughly inspect the vehicle before sale. I initially wanted to inspect the car in person before purchasing it, but the salesperson strongly discouraged me from doing so. I was told that Porsche does not assist customers with temporary export plates, that the process was very complicated, and that arranging transport by truck would be the easier solution. Looking back, this was a mistake on my part. My advice to future buyers is simple: do not skip an independent inspection, regardless of what you are told. Shortly after delivery, I experienced issues with the PCM system, with the cameras repeatedly stopping working. Contacting the dealership was also frustrating, as my calls and emails initially went unanswered. Additioanly, the brakes make unusually loud noises, and the entire car creaks and rattles over bumps, making it feel much older than a nearly new Porsche with only 18,000 km. The car is currently under warranty and has already spent several days in the workshop, with repairs still ongoing and will be for another week or so, which is very frustrating. I understand that faults can occur, but I do not understand how these issues were not identified before the vehicle was sold. I expected much higher standards from an authorized Porsche dealer. This experience has been disappointing and has significantly reduced my confidence in the dealership's pre-delivery inspection process.
