A highly disappointing and unprofessional purchasing experience involving a Porsche 911 Carrera 4 GTS Coupé, priced at €154,880 with approximately 8,000 km. I communicated a clear and serious intent to purchase directly to the sales representative, Jörg Wagner. At his request, I provided the required documents and repeatedly attempted to reach him by both email and phone. For several days, I received absolutely no response, despite multiple contact attempts. During this period of complete lack of communication, the vehicle was sold to another buyer. I was later informed that no active reservation existed, despite the fact that no reservation terms, deadlines, or procedural requirements had ever been communicated to me. It is unacceptable that in a transaction of this value, a serious buyer is ignored and a vehicle is sold without any prior notice or coordination. This handling reflects a serious lack of professionalism and falls well below the standards expected from a premium brand such as Porsche.
