TOTALE Kunden Verarschung! 😤 Cnoccis aus der tüte, Tomaten Soße aus dem Glas und dann einen Käse drüber gelegt und in der Mikrowelle warm gemacht! Einfach nur unverschämt!!!

I love latin American food and that‘s how we ended up here. The menu is very limited to a few dishes which I personally like. We had a variety of different dishes (very small plates). After a very long wait (although the restaurant was quite empty)the food arrived beautifully presented. The portion sizes were tiny. I know fine dining but this wasn‘t it. Everything was tasteless. I had the feeling they really only cared about how the food looked. Unfortunately we ended up leaving the restaurant totally disappointed and hungry with loads of money less in our pockets.

Nach über einer Stunde Warten auf das Essen sind wir gegangen. Als wir bestellten, war der Laden halbvoll. Andere Gäste waren offensichtlich wichtiger.

We were a group of four at this restaurant, looking forward to a pleasant evening with Peruvian cuisine. Unfortunately, the visit turned into a complete nightmare. First, we had to wait an extremely long time for our food – in some cases over an hour. Our drinks were forgotten and only served after we asked multiple times. But unfortunately, that was the least of our problems. I had ordered Lomo Saltado – a dish that’s supposed to consist of tender beef filet. However, while eating, I bit down on something extremely hard and actually broke a tooth. I was shocked and immediately informed the staff. I showed them both the hard object that was mistakenly in my food and the broken piece of my tooth. Their reaction was unbelievable: instead of apologizing or taking the dish off the bill, I was basically treated like I was making it up. I was repeatedly told that something like that “just couldn’t be,” because filet “doesn’t contain anything hard.” My clear evidence was ignored, my concern dismissed – absolutely outrageous. This is not how professional guest service looks. In most restaurants, it’s standard practice that when such a clear kitchen error occurs, the affected dish – if not more – is removed from the bill. But here? They got defensive, showed zero willingness to accommodate, and took no responsibility or showed any empathy. Instead: ignorance and blame-shifting. By the way, the bill was very high – and even if they had removed my dish, the restaurant still would have made a good profit from our table. But apparently, stinginess matters more here than customer service or honesty. In the photos, you can see: - the bill from that evening, - the hard object from my dish next to the broken tooth, - and the dentist’s invoice for €700. Conclusion: If you're looking for overpriced food combined with a lack of professionalism, ignorance toward justified complaints, and dangerous mistakes in the kitchen – this is the place for you. For us, it was definitely the last time. Absolutely not recommended!
