Very disappointing experience from start to finish I applied for a job after seeing an online advertisement offering a decent salary. When I went to the company in person, I was told that the advertised amount was not actually available because many people applied. So, despite having almost 15 years of experience in this profession, I was offered the same starting pay as someone with no experience. I still agreed to do a Probearbeit because I wanted to see the work environment for myself and decide whether the job was suitable or not. After a few hours, I realized that I didn’t like the work, so I was honest with her and asked whether they had any other vacancies in a similar field to the one I had worked in previously. Instead of simply accepting my decision, she angrily complained that she now had to find someone else to fill the position and that I shouldn’t have applied in the first place. Seriously? Isn’t that exactly what Probearbeit is for? The whole point is for both sides to find out whether the job is a good fit. An applicant is also allowed to decide that the work isn’t suitable for them. Based on my experience, I felt that the job advertisement gave a different impression from the actual conditions offered. Combined with the way I was treated, this was one of the worst experiences I’ve had when applying for a job. The communication was just as disappointing. I found the recruiter I dealt with to be extremely unpleasant, condescending, and unnecessarily rude. I would definitely not recommend this company based on my personal experience.

Behinderten Menschen gegenüber wird ein extrem unhöfliches, respektloses und arrogantes Verhalten an den Tag gelegt. Ein solches Verhalten ist unbeschreiblich. Ich finde es sehr lächerlich, dass unqualifizierte Menschen, sobald sie eine bestimmte Position erreichen, ihre Mitmenschen beleidigen und auf sie herabblicken.
