GoogleIf I could give it six stars, I would. Hands down best Persian food I’ve had outside of Iran. The zereskt rice is just the perfect amount of sour, the kebabs perfectly cooked, the portions generous. Persian food is a comfort food for me, particularly when I’m traveling, the ability to have the flavors of home away from home and Persepolis came through.

GoogleI am writing this on behalf of my friend who recently had lunch here with her son. Let me be absolutely clear upfront: the food at Persepolis is genuinely very good. However, the abysmal, unprofessional, and frankly shocking service they received guarantees that neither my friend, her family, nor I will ever eat here again. The bill came to €65. First, they immediately refused to accept a card, forcing my friend to pay in cash. This is unacceptable in this day and age. The real outrage came next. My friend intended to leave a generous €10 tip for the good food. She paid €100. The manager/staff then shorted her change, stating, "Here is €30, the other €5 is our tip." They unilaterally declared the tip amount and stole €5 of her change, denying her the opportunity to give the planned €10. This is not service; it is coercion and outright tip theft. They effectively forced a payment method, forced a tip, and then dictated the amount, shorting her change. You lost two customers over a completely unprofessional and dishonest act. Good food cannot excuse such appalling business practices. Avoid this place. مدیریت/سالنگردان برخورد کاملاً غیرحرفهای داشتند. آنها اجازه ندادند دوستم با کارت پرداخت کند و بهاجبار ۵ یورو بابت انعام کسر کردند. به همین دلیل، با وجود کیفیت خوب غذا، نه من و نه آشنایانم دیگر تمایلی به صرف غذا در این رستوران نداریم

GoogleEssen und Getränke waren sehr lecker. Die Menschen in Küche und Service waren sehr freundlich und perfekte Gastgeber*innen. Wir waren eine große Gruppe und es wurde trotzdem auf alle Wünsche eingegangen.

GoogleRuined evening, if you don't order any more you shall leave the restaurant, that's not iranian hospitality, we ordered for 150 EUR, four people, as we didn't order any more we were asked to pay the bill. I talked to the waiter to give the feedback, that I had the feeling of being thrown out of the restaurant, expecting an apology, but I was told that I understood it just right, as new guests had to be placed inside because of us. He had asked us if we would like to order something else twice. To understand the situation right, we were just pausing and would have ordered more a little later. There are surely politer ways to handle situations like this.

GoogleIch habe Kebab Kubideh mit dem Reis zum Mitnehmen bestellt aber als ich ihn zu Hause öffnete, war er ohne gegrillte Tomaten und Butter. So etwas habe ich noch nie erlebt! Drei Stücke Kubideh mit dem Reis 19.50€ !!
