Bis jetzt die beste Zahnarzt Praxis in der ich war. Ich bin Angstpatientin und hier habe ich keine schlaflosen Nächte vor dem Termin. Unglaublich schöne Praxis und ganz aufmerksame und nette Mitarbeiterinnen sowie die Ärztin. Bin sehr dankbar diese Praxis empfohlen bekommen zu haben.

Dr Barac is highly unprofessional doctor who shows no empathy for his patients. On the first appointment he was very plesant and kind. On the second appointment, he was late 1h and whe he finally came he didnt even appologize for being late. Third appointment I had to cancel on the appointment date since my kid suddenly got sick. I called the praxis in order to inform them. Dr Barac said he couldnt accept my cancellation since the appointment wasnt cancelled 24 h in advance and that I would receive an invoice for his lost time. When the invoice came, I was suprised to see that the amount on it was 50% higher then previously agreed price. I asked for explanation from Dr Barac and he said that that he didnt need to explain himself and if I dont pay on time, he will go to court! At the end I paid the invoice and decided not to go there any more. If I could give hime 0 start I would gladly do it!

Ich bin absolut begeistert von dieser Zahnarztpraxis! Vom ersten Moment an fühlt man sich willkommen und gut aufgehoben. Das gesamte Team ist unglaublich freundlich, professionell und einfühlsam. Der Zahnarzt nimmt sich viel Zeit für eine ausführliche Beratung und erklärt jeden Behandlungsschritt verständlich und ruhig. Besonders positiv hervorheben möchte ich die angenehme Atmosphäre in der Praxis – modern, sauber und sehr gut organisiert. Auch bei Angstpatienten wird hier sehr rücksichtsvoll gearbeitet, was mir persönlich sehr geholfen hat. Die Behandlung verlief schmerzfrei und äußerst kompetent. Ich kann diese Praxis uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen und komme gerne wieder! 😊
