I have an almost a new car( 3 years) and the garantie expired. They offered to extend the garantie and i payed gladly the amont of money. Afther a couple of mounth the engine of the car stops in middle road. I send the car to the Renault Bitburg and they said is not in garantie and i payed... Afther 2 week s another problem and i send the car to Renault Bitburg and they said again is not the garantie and i payed again a lot of money!!! The car was there 3 days, and they have no clue what the car have!!! And the car still no working properly !! So! Never again at Renault Bitburg!!!!!!!!! Just sad that s happend in 2025 in Germany!!!! ( i spoke already with Her Bisdorf and nothing! Answer was only for advertising, not to help clients) . Just sad.
