Lack of communication skills! I had mentioned clearly per email i need appointment for regular check up and cleaning! And they book me an appointment through email , after i went there i again fill the form that the 'purpose' of my visit is check up and cleaning and i waited almost for an hour from my appointment time and then the doctor came to see me with delay and told me (but we don't do here normal check ups and cleaning)!!!!!!!!! I still can't believe it.
