I purchased my Alpine Tech-Air® OFF-ROAD, a Arai helmet and few other accessories from this place. Excellent service by sales personnel. Very knowledgeable on the products and various options. 5-star service in the store. The reason for 1-star rating is the follow up that I have had to do for my tax refund. I have made many emails, in which they say they are processing the refund. After waiting for more than 5 weeks, I started calling the store. After 4 international phone calls to their person managing the accounts says they are busy. I am supposed to get more than Euro 300 from them, and tired of this run around.
