Habe einen Mini Countryman E bei Herr Ecker gekauft. Der Service und die Beratung waren exzellent. Herr Ecker geht auf die Bedürfnisse des Kunden ein und will nicht einfach nur verkaufen. Hier macht der Besuch im Autohaus Spaß.

I am sharing my documented experience regarding the service costs at this location. For a standard vehicle test/diagnostic, a tire swap, and an oil/filter change, the total bill amounted to 917.84€ before tax. * Vehicle diagnostic/test: 492.10€ * Oil change labor and filter kit: 239.00€ + 127.00€ * Mounting tires: 179.14€ They recommended to replace the thermal management module for a total of 2,100€, which I declined. Additionally, the invoice explicitly states that a standard cleaning (Reinigung Standard) valued at 19.00€ was included for free; however, the vehicle was returned unwashed. I recommend requesting a detailed binding estimate before authorizing any diagnostic work here.
