Wir benutzen schon seit längerer Zeit das Ultraschallgerät Sonorex RK 100 und sind sehr zufrieden mit dem Gerät. Der Drehgriff ist nun abgebrochen. Er wurde aus Kulanz kostenlos getauscht, ein wirklich toller Service. 5* sind mehr als gerechtfertigt!

Dont understand why they remove my genuine review if have proof of this Not Buy if you live outside of Germany.. We got a unit Bandelin Sonorex in Monmouth scientific , we paid £ 1304 after 3 years ( no too much use ) one of the transducer fell out from the unit ( they stick with special glue ) we ask for parts or repair, nobody in UK can repair it and the place where bought say must send to Germany, we ask for parts if can be sold separately . they just answer replace the bath £ 962 + £ 45 delivery to Germany..absolutely bad... just one transducer feel off and they want replace the bath ? .. next time buy a item have support and repair centre in UK ..bad experience never again. we must try someone fix here and with reasonable price Bandelin Customer service non response .... this review is authentic and we able to proof all evidence needed
