I traveled to Cologne and booked a hotel 2 minutes drive from them purposely so that I can get appointments to their warehouse to evaluate my business with them for exporting used tires. For 3 days they kept telling me to used their website for quote before they can book an appointment for me. After wasting my time using their system which takes time to fill. They didn’t give me appointments to their warehouse and wasted 3 nights in cologne with hotel cost for nothing. I hope they will take me serious next time.
