I went to get some advice on and buy an everyday walking shoe since I have severe over pronation, however the salesperson was not welcoming and was also pretty rude. He didn't ask me about the problems I had, but rather asked me to pick any shoe I wanted. When I asked him for some help choosing the right shoe, he told me to go to the doctor to get insoles for my problem, and when I told him that I already have insoles and showed it to him, he said they are fashion insoles. Not once did I feel like he wanted to help me pick a shoe so I ended up leaving. Horrible experience!
