Meine Bewertung richtet sich an die Ticket-Hotline der "Guest Happiness" am 29.65. gegen Mittag. Um es kurz zu halten: Wir haben nach einem Telefonat mit der unfreundlichen, nicht das Problem verstehenden und unnötig belehrenden Mitarbeiterin lieber online gebucht und das auch nur, weil wir den Besuch der Show Verwandten bereits versprochen hatten. Vielleicht stellen Sie mal Mitarbeitende ein, die Bock auf diesen Job haben, andernfalls vielleicht den Service in "Guest Unhappiness" umtaufen!

Mit Abstand der schlechteste und langsamste Barservice überhaupt. Eine absolute Schande für eine Prohibition Party. Da kommt keine Gatsby-Stimmung auf. Absolut unterirdisch. Location an sich nett, aber schlechte Akustik.

Booked tickets for 19th of August for Martha Argerich. Got notified of the change of the piece of music she is performing (accepted this as she is great) just a few days prior to the performance we got notified that she will not perform at this event and that she is currently sick. Totally understandable but what I cannot understand is that Pierre Boulez Saal would not refund us our tickets since the artist cannot attend. Given we mentioning that this was the only reason we booked the tickets. Customer service is questionable and unreasonable given the circumstances!
