The employees of start platz also use the co-working area, so they take up space from those who are paying, sometimes there are technological events and the internet is overloaded making it impossible to use it for more than 2 days, the monthly plan needs to be taken care of, in my case before paying I made it clear from reception that I would only use it for one month, and I was told that there would be no problem, that I just had to let them know that I wouldn't be paying for the next month, but what they didn't tell me is that you have to give 4 weeks notice. So they automatically debited my card for 214 euros.
