Paid 45€ for a half job of hollywood waxing, which was just the visible part? why would someone not mention it before starting that I dont offer standard service. She went on and on about the quality of her wax (great!) but the wax is only as good as the service provided.Even there are hairs left on the waxed part. the speed was slow (my wax-tech before got the COMPLETE job done in 15 mins) and that is mainly because the heaters are located in a way that she has to travel all around the bed to refill her spatula. Location is also in the middle of nowhere, with a single infrequent bus connection. But she is a nice human being, and kind (hence 2 stars). But honestly I have to now go to another waxing studio and pay full price again. honestly the service needs to be more transparent. very disappointed.
