Ein Service wie man Ihn nur noch selten findet. Seit über 20 Jahren bin ich sehr zufriedener Kunde im Autohaus Peter. Das Team und der Centerleiter Marco Simon sind stets bemüht Lösungen zu finden, ob bei der Terminvergabe, Werkstattdauer oder Reparaturkosten. Auch Beratung und Verkauf stehen hier ganz oben. Das junge Team passt gut zusammen und greift Hand in Hand zusammen. Der überwältigende Service verdient ein großes Dankeschön.

I highly reccomend this autohaus! I bought car 4 months ago there and it is in perfect condition! Also Mr. Christian Henning is the best salesman there who explains everything, take you for a ride to test a car and most importatnly - he still take care for you after you buy a car. I messaged him 2 times already with small favors and he always find time to talk with me. Also once I noticed that oil level i very low so i came to him and he immediatelly took the car to workshop and after 20 min he was back. They refilled more oil, tested what happened and it appeared that on last service there was not enough reffiled. Customer service from this man is at highest level and whoever get him on the phone - he will end up with very nice car :)

I would wholeheartedly recommend this dealer. I chose Autohaus Albertsmeyer as my mobility partner in Germany because they were the most professional and reliable dealer I interacted with at a time when I urgently needed a new car. I purchased an Audi A6 from them, and they made sure that absolutely nothing was missing. The car was fully serviced before pickup, and they provided both winter and summer tires, along with many other extras. What mattered most to me, however, was the seriousness and professionalism with which they handled my case. I will definitely buy my next car from them. I am writing this review almost five months after receiving the car because I wanted to be sure that everything remained in perfect condition — and it has. After 8,000 km, the car is still running perfectly without any issues, which is quite unusual based on my past experiences.

Ich kaufte einenT-Roc von 12/24 im Oktober 2025-im besagten Autohaus-Lautes Piepen bei Geschwindigkeitsanzeige und Schildererkennung sind unterirdisch sowie Navi auch - zum Nachbessern gebracht-sassen 2 Mitarbeiter und erklärten Sie kennen sich mit der neuen Software nicht aus(von 2024 das Auto-im Okt/Nov2025!!!???)-Sie schrieben mir eine 0800 Nummer auf und ich sollte zu Hause mich um die Sachen wie oben beschrieben SELBER KÜMMERN.Dies finde ich unterirdisch- werde dieses Autohaus nicht mehr betreten-überlege ob ich bei anderer VW- Werkstatt das in Garantie laufende Update machen lasse und es denen in Rechnung stellen lasse.
