GoogleOur journey to find our dream home took an unexpected turn during the final stages with our realtor. Despite diligently working for three weeks to secure a bank loan and gathering all necessary documents, we were disheartened to learn that the house we had reserved was sold to another party. It appears there were parallel negotiations without adequate communication, leaving us unaware of the competitive nature of the process. Our initial commitment to the property should have been honored. Regrettably, this experience fell short of our expectations, and I cannot wholeheartedly recommend their services.
