I’ve been a tenant at S&H’s property in Rodermark since April 2019. My experience is as follows. Garage remotes provided more than a year from moving in date. Water damage in bathroom has occurred twice due to faulty plumbing twice since moving in, first time it took seven months to repair, six months before a service repairman showed up. Second occasion has been four and a half months without any service repair man calling to arrange an appointment. On seven occasions, trespassing occurred from contractors hired by the company, no notice or notification provided to tenants. Extremely poor resolution skills displayed from this company, based in Bayern with the property located in Hessen. Company shouldn’t be holding or managing property outside of their province when they take no action or mediation to address serious issues brought to their attention. If you are considering doing business with this company, or considering getting into a rental agreement, please look elsewhere. Responsiveness, timeliness, and a true desire to manage property and the relations required to build with their tenants their is not in their business model.
