Herr Rosenbaum ist ein Ausnahme-Makler. Er ist ein echter Profi, kennt sich ausgesprochen gut aus in der Abwicklung eines Immobilienkaufs, aber auch in der Renovierung von Immobilien. Er wickelt alles professionell, aber persönlich ab. Er hat gute Ideen und ist kreativ. Er ist immer freundlich, zuverlässig und jederzeit erreichbar und meldet sich schnell zurück. Er greift fremde Ideen interessiert und produktiv auf, so dass eine gute Zusammenarbeit entsteht. Er schafft es geschickt, die Prozesse zu beschleunigen. Nobody should ever, never consider using this company, maximum terrible, worst and impossible to communicate with. As foreigners living in this country we always try to be careful with paying our bills on time, never missed or delayed, simply because with last property management company we changed our bank account, that somehow caused a big issue when this Muller GmbH took over, they consider me missed half year property fees and took 3K+ from my account with yearly settlement. When it happened first time it’s fine, I revoke the wrong transactions, I explained it to them, looks like they understood, but later they even send finement for my revokes, anyways, fine, I live with that. 6 months later in certain settlement they again took 3K+ from my account! I called, Martin Wegner helped me checked and admitted it was wrong and we confirmed the price they should pay and refund to me, ok, both happy. Several weeks later again they took 3K from me! This is seriously unacceptable and unbelievable, how could a company so unprofessional and irresponsible and incompetent? What can I do with these people? I should probably just leave this country. Not to say we have front doors, garage door, basement theft, a lot of things broken and waiting for repair for months, terrible, pure evil, bad, incompetent, company. The cost is higher than market averages however achieved nothing. They should feel sorry if having any dignity. I have all the proofs, anyone interested just give me a DM.
