Terrible experience with this rental company. They take no responsibility for damages, never respond to complaints, and provide zero service. On top of that, they charge illegal Nebenkosten without explanation. I’ve been waiting almost two years for them to fix the internet service I reported, but nothing has been done. Avoid them at all costs!
